Talea is developed by Impresa Rusconi and designed by Beretta Associati, two 100% Milanese firms that have been working together for more than a decade. Together they recently completed the brand new Torre Milano.
Founded in 1907, Impresa Rusconi is a historic construction company that has been working in Milan for over one hundred years. Its projects include the Ospedale Maggiore Niguarda, the INPS headquarters in Piazza Missori, and the Trade Union building in Corso di Porta Vittoria, as well as major residential projects such as Vivi Montecatini, nòvAmpère and more recently the Torre Milano skyscraper, the latest addition to the city’s skyline.
The project is by architectural studio Beretta Associati. Roberto and Gianmaria Beretta have been working in Milan and the rest of the world since 1964. Their work includes residential buildings—many of which were collaborations with Impresa Rusconi—and the headquarters of prestigious international brands, as well as the redevelopment of the Vigorelli Velodrome and the restoration of the Assolombarda and the Cassa Lombarda buildings.
