A building designed on a human scale in the historic Milanese neighbourhood of Precotto – an area full of character. For anyone in search of a comfortable home and a taste of the local life.
Talea is a new building that fits seamlessly into the existing context. It offers 37 flats on seven floors, with two basement levels for garages and bicycle storage, and a roof level for solar panels and vegetable gardens. The building’s design allows everyone inside it to enjoy the beauty and benefits of natural light.
Like in all of Impresa Rusconi’s projects, the flats’ layouts ensure comfort and liveability. They all feature outdoor loggias overlooking the Rucellai park-currently being redeveloped-or the quiet, secluded Via Martino Lutero.
