At the end of November 2021, the demolition works of the industrial building, disused for some time, which previously occupied the area of Via Martino Lutero 5, were completed.

The work lasted about eight months and involved several workers who worked with great care in order to cause the least possible nuisance, and of course no damage, to neighbouring apartment blocks. The goal has been achieved!
