In order to speed up the preparatory activities for the development of the new building, during the demolition works, excavation consolidation works were carried out and geothermal wells were installed that, together with the photovoltaic panels (which will be installed on the seventh floor), will cogenerate the building’s heating system and hot water.

Today, the area is ready for the next start of activities to finish excavation and start construction work.
